The application for the UWC Sweden Summer Camp “Diversity as Strength” is now open!
Are you 15-17 years old and have experience of living in a culturally diverse community?
Do you want to know more about the United World Colleges (UWC)?
Join us in Järfälla June 14th-16th, 2019 at the UWC Sweden Summer Camp where you can meet international students from the UWC movement and learn from different experiences of living in multicultural communities all over the world.
The day camp will run from 9:00 to 19:00 over three days and be led by alumni from UWC Sweden. All activities will be held in English and we will explore the theme of diversity by discussion, reflection and sharing in the group. We will also challenge ourselves for example by trying kayaking and orienteering. All participants are invited to share their own cultures through activities such as cooking, singing, and dancing. During the camp, you will also learn more about UWC schools and courses.
